OUR TEAM 1999-2007 Salutes Senator Orji Uzor Kalu At 65.

A wide range of Politicians, Administrators and Technocrats worked together between the year, 1999 & 2007, to lay foundation for political stability in Abia State, in the course of Nigeria’s nascent democracy. That period marked the eight years of Most Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu’s reign as Governor of Abia State.
From the three arms of Government, except the Judiciary, Legislature and Executive, and without excluding Officers in top echelon of the Civil and Public Services, all those that served in Abia State, even if it was at the National Assembly, came together on Wednesday (Nkwo) 08-01-2025 to form what is now called OUR TEAM 1999-2007 in Abia State’s Socio-Econo-Political dynamics.
The TEAM, which is inclusive of three former Civilian Governors of Abia State, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Senator T A Orji, (Ochendo), and Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has Most Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Senator representing the very good People of Abia-North Senatorial District, as its Leader.
As today, Monday (Afor) 21-04-2025, marks the 65th birthday of Most Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Members of the TEAM are obviously delighted to appreciate God Almighty for His continuous grace upon former Governor Orji Uzor Kalu. It is the prayer of Members of the TEAM that God would continue to bless, guide and protect the Distinguished Senator, and grant him good health, long life and wisdom to continue to navigate the very interesting Politics of Nigeria, in the overall interest of humanity and Nigeria’s Democracy.
